Unilateral Sudden Deafness with Vertebrobasilar Arterial Hypoplasia: A Case Report

چکیده

Sudden deafness (SD) is defined as a hearing loss up to 30dB hearing level (dBHL) over 3 continuous audiogram frequencies occurring within 3 days. It is prevalent in adults between 40 and 60 years old, and it can possibly be caused by a central lesion, virus infection, vasculopathy, autoimmune disease or others.
